I have that special something' By Matthew Cronin, TennisReporters.net Jelena Jankovic of Serbia has had a meteoric rise during the past 16 months, nearly retiring in the spring of '05 and falling to No. 38, but rediscovering her love of the sport and rising to No. 3 in August behind five titles and series of wins over elite players. But while emotive and talkative Serbian is always a pleasure to watch, she has yet to break through to a Grand Slam final, reaching the semis of the '06 US Open and '07 Roland Garros. As a personality, she's already broken through. As a champion, the big trophies still wait. She recently spoke with Matthew Cronin.
